Paper Processing Workflow
Participants step # 1. Author creates an account/log-in on Paper Submissions System (link);
Participants step # 2. Author submits (online) application and Conference Paper Draft Manuscript in PDF format.
Conference Paper Draft Manuscript must be prepared with PIC S&T′2024 template usage.
Committees step # 1. Program Committee start peer review process;
Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process coordinated by the Program Committee and send to two independent anonymous referee review. Authors of papers will be notified by e-mail about reviewing results.
Committees step # 2. Program Committee notifies authors about reviewing results and starts review response (rebuttal) phase.
Participants step # 3. Authors submit corrected Conference Paper Draft Manuscript.
Committees step # 3. Program Committee publish Accepted Papers List on PIC S&T′2024 Conference web site.
Committees step # 4. Organizing Committee opens PIC S&T′2024 conference registration for Speakers and Visitors
Participants step # 4. Participant registers by filling online form and pay fees.
Participants step # 5. Authors submit Camera Ready Paper (in MS Word and PDF format) and Copyright Form.
Committees step # 5. Program Committee publish PIC S&T′2024 Conference Program.
Participants step # 7. Participants visit PIC S&T′2024 Conference.
Committees step # 6. Publication Chair submit Conference Proceedings for inclusion into IEEE Xplore Library® subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
